Homebuilding has been an integral part of Tom Swanson’s family for generations. As president and owner of Swanson Construction, Inc. Tom is continuing a tradition of craftsmanship that began with his grandfather and father over 75 years ago. After spending 25 years building upscale, custom homes in Sun Valley, Idaho, Tom expanded the business into Montana. Swanson Construction has received numerous awards for past projects including the Award of Merit for Excellence in Building by the American Institute of Architects and the Historic Preservation Advisory Board Award for Excellence in Residential Restoration.
